There is a 24-hour concierge and the apartments sit in beautifully landscaped communal grounds. The building has four lifts and three service lifts, and emergency spiral stairs which are external to the building. The large foyer includes several seating areas and the concierge desk. 

Allocated secured parking is available to most apartments, with either a numbered car park space in the electronic gated underground car park which is accessible via a lift, or an individual garage, and there is also a surface visitor’s car park.

 

Every apartment has a secure storage locker, most of which are in the basement accessed via a lift. Admirals Walk has an internal post box in the foyer and post is taken by the porters on a daily basis to the Royal Mail post box.
